All main stages and side matches will be shot on Saturday, Friday will be workers shoot and night time campfire
General Overview
7:30 Check in begins on Saturday
8:30 Mandatory shooter briefing
9:00 Hammer falls on first stage
Side matches may be shot until *4:00, at that point all guns should be returned to vehicles. The range will remain closed to firearms.
Dinner will be served beginning around *2:30 at the range. A SHORT awards presentation will held during dinner.
*Times may be adjusted as needed
Friday Events
Workers shoot 10:00am
Range open for walk through. 3:00pm
Camping available.
Rules
All SASS rules apply. No special range rules are in effect.
Awards
One to make a category, 1st place recognized.
Five in a category awards to 1st and 2nd.
Seven in a category awards to 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Vendors
Vendors are welcome, but no provisions are being made to make this a major vendor event.
Brass
This is not a dead brass match, but it's not an Easter Egg Hunt either. Brass can be quickly retrieved on posse-by-posse bases if everyone keeps up on it and it doesn't slow down the pace.
Cost
Individual $50, Spouse $40, Junior $30
$60 the Day of the match. Juniors $40.
All registrations should be in by 10/13
Registrations not arriving by the match date will require the fee to be paid the day of the match and your check will be destroyed or returned by request. If you haven't received a confirmation by 10/15 send an email to treasurer@tejascaballeros.org
Round Count Main Match
Minimum 60 pistol, 60 rifle and 34 shotgun for the main match
